This is a Hot Fix for ADB2020

1. Fix for SQL licencing and meta data when the initiator elects not to copy user or project data.
2. Fix for Graphical Editor assembly and component DXF export.

This update can be located under the Service Packs + Hot fixes downloads.

Please note ADB 2020 must be installed before installing this hot fix.
